Hank Marvin is a local Jersey breakfast & brunch restaurant. Their focus is on serving classic dishes with a modern twist, using fresh local ingredients. 

 

The name derives from the slang phrase for being starving -
“I’m Hank Marvin”. 

 

The font is custom, playing with both curved and straight lines to reflect their playful and professional nature. The logo has a rustic texture to further emphasise their natural ethos.

 

As part of the brand I created custom, simple line illustrations to be used to compliment the logo and also to be used individually. The idea was to illustrate popular items they sell like coffee, pastries and fresh vegetable produce that they grow themselves and use in their recipes. 

 

As part of the brand guidelines, I created a main logo to be used primarily and a secondary logo to be used on social media and situations where the main logo is not appropriate or is too long.
